i've lived here for almost a year (looking forward to moving in 6 weeks). when i first signed my lease i was excited: friendly staff, beautiful model, beautiful clubhouse. on my move in date, i couldn't have been more disappointed. worn, stained carpeting; old, dingy blinds; dirty drawers & cabinets; filthy sink drains; dismal, dark apartment. i was disgusted. my second week there, my upstairs neighbor started a fire, causing my apartment to be water damaged...their remedy was to paint over the water spots, and dry my carpet. when i asked to move, i was told there were no more two bedrooms available. it was after that, when i noticed the roaches...huge roaches. the exterminator would come, the roaches would stay. the office only gave excuses about the infestation. on the regular i kick myself for moving here. the price is definitely too high for the shabby quality. on top of all this, there has been increased robbery (at gun point), break-ins, and vandalism. this place sucks. there has to be something better.
