There has been so much crime here.
Blood stains not cleaned up after fights or crime related.
They have this thing called valet waste - not a good idea seeing that trash is put outside doors at all times and during non pick up times (weekends) so you have to look at it all weekend and you are charged for it even though you pay water and trash fees.
Dog poop everywhere and they do not care!!They tell you that they will send out notices but it never happens.
The only thing they care about is RENT now they have a thing if you pay your rent before the 1ST you will be in a drawing for $50.00 off rent - well they pick who they want and then they do not wait till the day before they just pick it.
- so why pay before the first.
They do not care and if you bring anything to their attention (Management)they just tell you what you want to hear but do not follow through with their word.
So I would definitely look for an apartment that wants to follow the health and safety standards that are required by law!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're funny. Maybe you are just angry at the world. But, you are way off base on your review. The truth is, trash is only allowed to be put outside between 6 and 8pm, and your empty can must be placed back inside no later than 9am. You are penalized for missing these set times. The trash collectors are NEVER late and are professional. Trash is not allowed to be outside on non-pickup days. So, my friend, you are mistaken. Blood stains or whatever you think you saw. Well did you think that they may leave it for evidence? Maybe outside of your capacity for thought. The property is clean and I've never had a problem with bugs or roaches. Get a new place to live because you are definately a problem in this community.

I don't live here, but I would like to say to the anonymous responder that it is pretty obvious that you are the management of this complex. I am currently looking for a new apartment in the area, and though I take most reviews with a grain of salt, you have just solidified for me that this would be a horrible place to live... The comment about leaving "blood stains or whatever you think you saw" as evidence is really not a way to reel in potential renters. I would be willing to bet that you are wildly inaccurate in your expressing to the poster that they are the "problem in this community." The problem seems to be the management not the renters.
