I have lived in this apartment complex since July 2007. From the beginning I thought this was going to be a great place to live, until I saw the bugs every day and the staff unwilling to do ANYTHING! I report issues and nothing ever gets done. There is a constant bug problem in my apartment and issues with neighbors. They want to do nothing about it. There is a problem with crime but they do nothing about it. I beg of you to look somewhere else to live. I am just awaiting the day that I can move out. They apartments are poorly taken care of and for the price you are paying they should be better kept. They say they spray for bugs but I have yet to see that happen. Look somewhere else for a nicer apartment - all this place has to offer you is annoying noisy neighbors, bug infested apartments, and unsafe conditions.

I agree with you, I live there and had to call the Building Inspector to get any results.

I have no problems with bugs. Clean you apartment and see if that works for you. They do spray for bugs. I have seen them do it! We life right next to the woods. Bugs are a simple part of life. But, if you clean your place, they wont bother you!
