Waterford Village

Although I've had my problems with this place, I renewed twice but this time I'm out of here.

The apartments are spacious and I haven't had any problems with loud neighbors. Just don't forget that this is an apartment and with that, you might get noisey neighbors. If you want serenity buy a house.

My biggest beef, and I was p'd off too, was that when we transferred to the new apartment, they changed the locks before we had all our stuff out of the apartment. They changed it a week before our notice date. The cleaning people took my tools, vacuum, and some other junk. I got most of it back and what I didn't Waterford bought me new stuff. They said it was a misunderstanding. Well, it was a misunderstanding that cost them some $$$. Live and learn I hope.

Parking is never a problem in my building. No fights either.

I did have a problem with ants but that was my fault because I left my trash on the patio for a few days.

No roaches.
