These apts. are really unique and very nice to look at. The space is also nice...But, there are a few big downs to counter those ups.
The noise is horrible. I can hear, word for word, the conversations that my neighbors have in a normal voice(yes, I have been what they called "soundproofed").
The neighborhood is also unsettling. At first, we loved being by the restruants and businesses down town, but now that our car has been keyed and scratch, serveral times, by passing students and bus travelers we are rethinging the neighborhood.
The management has been very accomidating as far as nominal complaints go, but they just don't seem to care about the rules that are in place.
Trash, parking, pet and noise policies are not enforced. People pretty much do what they want.
