I am thrilled to be out of West Village. I have lived in roughly 8 different apt. types in various cities on the East Coast. This was by far the worst experience.

The grounds are nice looking,the "warehouse" feel is very cool on a visit-- but when you actually live there it's a different story. You can hear everything in neighboring apt's.

My main complaint however is with the unprofessional office staff. I don't like to be nasty, but I think you should know what you are dealing with if you decide to move there. They are incompetent and they come across as being uneducated and ignorant. They like to feel powerful, so if you decide to move out-- be careful....that is when they get vindictive. There are literally dozens and dozens of apt.'s in the triangle area to choose from that are less expensive, safer and friendlier!
