Very cool place to live in downtown Durham. You can walk to the movie theater, numerous restaurants/bars/shops, Bulls games, and Duke U. campus. Plenty of parking and very nice grounds; responsive and friendly staff. Residents are a good mix of 20's-30's and hi-tech/bio-tech/academic professionals. The apts are great--18 ft. ceilings, wood floors, and exposed brick walls and beams. If you ever wanted to live in an authentic warehouse loft (but with modern amenities), this is it--and only marginally more expensive than the standard "cookie cutter" apts you find everywhere else. Very nice and unique!
