Personally, I hope that people like "Misery" and "Nightmare on Duke Street" dont recommend the "Village" to their friends.



This is a complex. There are over 400 people living here. Not everyone is going to be happy. The management cant make everyone happy. Is it preferred treatment when the management enforces the "rules" in the lease agreement' Is it preferred treatment when the management offers incentives to people who want to stay past the original lease period'



I hope "Misery" and their friends find what they are looking for somewhere else. Miserable as they are....they probably created part of their own grief..or ...frustration. Understanding that you have many neighbors and that they may not agree with your opinion would probably be too open minded for these whiners.......



Everyone is entitled to their opinion. My personal opinion: West Village is not the best or the worst. It appears to be getting better. They seem to be more responsive to queries. It is not the cheapest place to live or even the best value for the money. It has a charm. Most things with charm are not flawless. Thats what makes them charming.
