Definitely not worth the $$! Located right near downtown where there is lots of crime. I defintely do not feel safe. There are continuous auto break-ins. Our cars have been broken into & vandalized 4 times since I've been there. Not much is being done do to deter this. I've had to pay my insurance deductible 2x's in 1 year & my insurance premium has increased as well.
Parking is terrible. Not enough adequate parking is available in the main parking areas of Phase 1 apts.
They also do not have washer & dryer hook-up in the 1st phase buildings.
Large windows(in Phase 1 apts) are very drafty in the winter.
Mirrored sliding doors to closets are cheap(phase 1 apts).

I was thinking of moving into these apartments, but your post is making me second guess. Aren't there security officers that patrol the parking lots?

I live here and have for five years. I love it and have not had my car vandalized. However, I am amazed at the amount of items people leave in their car. They do have police officers that walk around the property. I wonder if the person that wrote is one of those that leaves everything in their car.

No, I'm not someone who leaves 'everthing' in my car. These people are stealing car stereos. Unfortunately you cannot take your car stereo with you and not all of us have expensive new cars w/ alarm systems. Besides, I've lived plenty of places where I have left things in my locked car & NEVER have had my car broken into. In addition, my car has a convertible top that was cut one night apparently for fun because there was nothing in my car to take. This had been the 2nd time my top had been cut. The 1st time was to steal my radio. So needless to say my top has been replaced 2x's. Just last month 2 more cars were broken into once again right outside our entrance door & the drivers side windows were smashed in. Another car completely vandalized w/ a brick just to take a boxed office chair.I should not have to CONSTANTLY worry about my car & belongs not being safe, especially for what I'm paying in rent. This is NOT NYC!

If you are having such issues with your car then WHY have you lived there for 3 years?????
