I have lived in West Village since July and totally believe in the porduct they are providing! The location is unbeatable, definitely worth every penny. I love that I can walk to Brightleaf Square, the Farmer's Market, downtown, and Duke's East campus.
The staff is always helpful and responds to any maintanence issues very quickly. I am a single female and feel extremely comfortable parking and when I come home late at night there is always one of their West Village courtesy officiers on sight.
