Willow Brook is a really great place to live. Just a few things:

1) You can't beat the location. It's close to 40 and 15-501 and both UNC and Duke.

2) It's quiet. Usually places close to universities are super noisy and have parties going on all the time. Willow Brook is a much needed break from all that madness. You can actually sleep when you need to.

3) The office staff is really helpful and nice. They know my name and where I live and actually seem to care. (And this might sound weird, but the office always smells really good too.) The maint. staff is great. They know what they're doing and came out quickly on the few occasions I've had to use them.

4) The apartments themselves are a little bit older, but they don't look it. The closets are HUGE! and they all have washers and dryers.

5) The prices are low and you get lots with the rent (free gym membership, videos, etc.)

I would definitey still be living there if I hadn't moved out of state.
