Generally a ggod place to stay, although if you don't get special on the rent, maybe more money than its worth. Here's the details:

Pros: The office and maintence staff are friendly and efficent. Maintence problems are infrequent and minor, and are usally taken care of within a day. In 2 bedrooms, rooms are on opposite sides of apartment, gives each person more privacy and less likely to be disturbed. Not much noise, nothing at all that would make me lodge a complaint. Nice neighbors. Appliances work well. W/D included in the apartment cost! Not many bugs inside(lots of mosquitoes outside though!)

Cons: crime, Crime, CRIME. O.K. I'm a little biased because my car happened to get broken into (along with 5 others that same night). However, there have been several instances of AUTO B&E since I've been here. Also the Main office mysteriously burned down not to long ago. The parking in my area is a little sparse. If you get home late at night you may have to park 25-50-75 yards away from your apartment, which wouldn't be so bad if you weren't worried about someone breaking into your car. They towed my roomate's car b/c he parked it in the only place he could see it from the apartment(all the parking spaces were full) It cost him $100 and a long trip (almost to Hillsboro) to get his car back. The rent can be high, unless you get in on a special. You shouldn't pay more than $700 for a 2 bedroom, $600-$700 is probably a good range. The furnishings aren't new but do work, just sometimes not as good as you'd like.(ex: my bath facuet drips, garbage disposal drains slow in the sink, had to get washer replaced) we didn't have a problem with bugs, but we did have a reclusive mouse that we discovered late one night. We named him "Ben" I've hardly seen hime since they put out the traps, so I'm not sure if he's still here, but he isn't in any of the traps, so I assume he is.

Overall: If it weren't for the crime I'd give this place and excellent rating. I guess the management can't do much about the crime, but when you look at the big picture it isn't much of a problem. YET. Overall it is a nice place, but don't get overcharged on rent b/c you might need the money to get your car window fixed. myabe.
