You could not ask for a better location, near 15-501, Chapel Hill and I-40. The maintenance supervisor has been here forever and is great. The managers have changed a few times (they go through office staff like crazy!). The last good one left in the fall of 2001 to work at a brand new property, and there are plenty of those around. Willow Brook is well kept, nice and neighborly, but everything is getting some age on it, old appliances, etc. There's no gym on site; they should build one.
