All in all, I would rate Willow Brook average, the major issues I have had while living there:
1) I have checked more, new apartments (4years old or less) and I can get the same if not more sq ft for less or the same amount of money.
2) The appliances are circa 1960 and nothing works: My stove top only had one burner that worked for the first three months I lived here, even after repeated visits by maintenance (they won't replace anything). The freezer does not actually freeze anything but water.
3) I requested new screens because all but one was ripped or bent, I received one new screen out of the request, so I can only have one window open out of three.
4) Electrical: I have had several electrical issues where I did not have any electricity in my master bedroom, closet and bathroom for several days. They were in no hurry to fix because I have a 2 bedroom, which I pay dearly for.
5) Noisy neighbors are a huge problem, but, this is probably the case anywhere. I would love to not hear someone else's music at 3am on a weekday.

I find the staff to be nice, if not somewhat unconcerned with fairness to the renter- but once again, as with the noise, I think this is apartment living.

You might want to call the fire department about the electrical, there was a fire in the 1400 building shortly after one of our outlets began to spark when we had our bathroom light turned on?? Our stove did the same thing. Our air broke once and it took them three days to fix it in the middle of the summer. They fixed it twice and the thrid time they took three days to replace it while my 3 month old asthmatic daughter had to sit in 100 degree heat.
