Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I have lived here for a little over a year and my roomate 2 plus years. We have had no major issues with maintenance. We got a new washer and dryer when they started acting up and a new fridge the next day after it broke. As for price, it is the cheapest I have found in the area for the square footage. Only complaint is upstairs neighbors making noise. I reccomend this place highly.
