CROOKS AND FRAUDS

Nobody expects apartment living to be perfect but this place is DANGEROUS. When I first moved here I was happy with my apartment. It was a little smaller and older than the last one I had but it was also much cheaper, probably because the appliances and carpeting were not in the best of condition. However a lot of shady stuff was going on around my building to the point where I was not comfortable leaving my apartment after dark (and sometimes even during the day). I was constantly harassed by one of my neighbors to the point where I had to call the cops on them. When I told the office staff that they blew me off and absolutely refused to let me out of my lease even though the officer responding to my complaint told me I had every right to terminate the lease. The office staff is worthless and they try to get every penny out of you they can, whether it's for a legitimate reason or not. Especially Armando. Don't be fooled. He seems nice but he's a crook. They will shut off the water or electricity w/out even informing you. Also several of their residents are dealing drugs for which I'm sure the office gets a kickback and they use illegals to do their maintenance. Even after changing my locks twice, my apartment was still broken into repeatedly and I found items stolen or moved around. They won't leave you alone even after you move out. I was charged for damage to the carpet they claimed was so bad the had to replace ALL of it. Funny thing was they installed the carpet 2 days before they bothered to do my move out inspection to check for damage to the carpet. I also had to cancel both my credit cards because someone was making purchases on them that I did not and never would. Since I never had this problem before living here I assume they got the number from one of the statements left on my desk since I shred ALL paperwork and bills with my personal information. Look elsewhere if you value your safety and your sanity.

ALL OF THE STATEMENTS WRITTEN FROM THE PREVIOUS AUTHOR ARE FALSE!! If you look into any of these statements you will see the same. The only time the police have been over here was when an out of state drunk driver backed into 2 PARKED CARS in the parking lot and drove off. When the police came, she barricaded herself in her home to try to avoid any responsibilty. The police arrested the young lady after miserably failing a sobriety test. I would not be surprised if she is the same one writting all of these false statements. I encourage anyone (regardless of the location you are moving to) to contact the local police department to find out about any police activity that has taken place in particular area. It's public information, so you have the right to know. I have resided in these apartments for 5 years and there have not been any repeated police activity, LET ALONE repeated break-ins. This is a very quiet and peaceful community, where the neighbors are friendly and speak as they pass. The office staff is helpful and friendly.Since Armando and Jessica joined the property management staff here, we have began to have community functions. They have made an effort to unite the community and offer a fun atmosphere to enjoy your neighbors or meet new ones. The maintainence staff is very quick to respond, and are not illegals, or any other racist stereotypes that have been falsely portrayed. I have allowed maintainence as well as office staff in my home on several occassions while I was not present, and there have never been any problems. It's up to you to choose the place you will reside, but please do not base your decision to live at Willowbrook off of these false accusations.

Allison I am sorry but you are mistaken. I recently had over $3000 worth of goods stolen directly out of my apartment. No windows broken, very little mess. Maintenence workers came in, stole stuff and walked out...
In the process of dealing with cops, but we all know t hey are worthless...Do your self a favor and avoid...unless your a girl. Sorry Allison, but either you look like you have a powerful white lawyer dad or you work at this place. otherwise you would have had a problem also.
