I recently moved out of these high priced projects. there is nearly no natural light, and 10'by 10' pool and no maintenence service. When I called to report my Dishwasher was out they told it was unfixable and they would put me on a list. It would be 6 or 9 months before I got a new one. This is a reality trust property with absolutly no budget to fix anything.
