Correction: I did not check all the available fields; some defaults were selected ...
Over the past year a group of young -------- has moved in next door. They have the habit of drinking in the parking lot until 3-4 am, at least one morning a week (various days). Numerous complaints to the Penrith Management Office have resulted in no change in this behaviour - they appear to be more interested in collecting rent than making sure long-term residents are comfortable. Also, many bugs in apartment, especially ants. Zero (none!) night-time security.
