I have not had a problem with the Latin population here. It is the ------- Americans. Our neighbor blasts his music from midnight to three almost every morning. Reporting them has not helped the situation for long, not even for 24 hours. Many of the ------- Americans come in late at night blast they music out of their cars and honking. Weekly someone is throwing a noisey party that never seems to end. The layout for the garden apartments SUCK!!! Our bedrooms are right next to someone's living rooms and the walls are paper thin. Many times the pictures on our wall rattle from the vibrations. The washer and dryer SUCK! It is the top loading dryer and the door always seems to hit me in the head no matter how hard I try and stop it. The dishwasher is so horrible. To get most dishes clean I either have to wash them and then load the dishwasher or keep them in the dishwasher for 4 cycles. The dishwasher is placed in the wrong spot in the garden apartments. I can't use under the sink to store anything that deals with the dishwasher, because I can't get to it when I need it. There is no pantry for storing any entertaining items or kitchen items. The tubs/ showers need updating. Before moving in they refinished (') the tubs protective coating and now after 6 months it is coming off. The tub area is also very small with the annoying sliding doors that make it impossible to reach the towels. The mirror is so small it is laughable, if you are shorter then 5'6" you'll never see yourself in the mirror/ medicine cabinet (it also make you look distorted). The bugs are a big problem here. They "sprayed" but I think what they sprayed attracts the bugs not kills them. Not very goos air cirrulation either. Small closet spaces and ugly cheap carpet. Most of the doors are not hung correctly and either don't shut or are hard to open. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

People are going to be people. Stop villifying folks based on their race. All needed to be said was that some of the tenants were noisy. Not that the ------ are worse than the Latinos. In essence, it's management's fault because management allows the disorderly tenants to remain. So if you wish to villify, villify Penrith.
