We Lived here for a year. We have had a problem with the power going out every time my wife used her hair dryer (even replaced the hair dryer, still went out). You can also hear excesive noise from the apartments around you. We could even hear conversations of people walking up the stairs outside. The exterior maintance is shoddy (railings not painted, nails coming out of stairs etc...). It was also difficult to find a parking space. Once I had to park at the main office and just because there was no parking at my apartment. During an Ice storm, the apartment complex did not clear the walk ways or the stairways. Overall, we were not happy with this location and I would advise against it.
