The property is nice for the most part. The apartments have great square footage. The usual grip and complaints, maintenance is hit and miss depending on who is on duty. It is a very pet friendly place. The rent increase each year depends on the length of lease you are willing to sign. The shorter the lease the more they gouge you. Overall, it is a nice place.
