Woods Edge Apartments look great - nice units, some good amenities (like sunrooms, forested grounds, playground and pool) - but the terrible management really soured our experience of living here. The policies are greedy, unaccomodating, and unreasonable. Your car may be towed without notice or you may be charged hundreds of dollars of pro-rated month-to-month rent AFTER the lease is up and you have moved out. Maintenance problems can go unrepaired for months, despite repeated requests for help. The quality of the clientele is dropping fast - there was a double murder here a couple of months ago and there is often lots of noise at night. This place looks good, but I would avoid it!!!!
