Office is hard to deal with and they don't care about their tenants. I can't forget to mention how the community has declined over the past year--All of the nice neighbors are moving out and we're left with scum. I would think long and hard before moving here!!!

I find it so sad that only people that dont get their way talk bad about the community. I really think that Woods Edge is a great place to live and for those that mentioned the murder! Things happen everywhere!!! If you were at a bank and the bank gets robbed while you are in there, that does not make the bank a bad place right? Come on people grow up and accept that crime can happen anywhere. What about those wealthy people that live in big houses in the best neighbohoods and they kill their own family? Does that make the neighborhood bad? Only ignorant people would say things like what you read here!!! GET OVER IT

This community has gone down hill since the time that I have lived here. The management is aweful and very unprofessional. They are very biased and do not follow the fair housing act. If you ask them to call you to follow up on a question it may take weeks before they decide to get back to you. I love the apartments and its a shame that they are going down hill. The fact that the service is no good, i would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

It is an exaggeration to say that all the "nice" neighbors are moving out. There are many nice neighbors currently living there and I plan to continue living at Woods Edge and I am very nice :)

I do not live at this community, but at one management by same management company. No offense, how can the same company manage two complexes so differentlY? We few problems where I am at. My expereience is if the management company is bad, then all the complexes they have anything to do with is uniform, not sporatic like this apparently is. Just my thoughts on the matter...
