I have lived at WE for 2 years and have had a very positive experience. My neighbors have all been quiet and friendly. First floor apartments are not as well insulated for noise from upstairs you can hear footsteps and water rushing through the pipes so I moved to a second floor apartment and have been very happy with my apartment. The apartments are spacious and the grounds and trees are lovely. My maintenance requests have been handled promptly. WE has nice amenities, such as playground for kids, tennis, basketball, swimming pool and fitness room. Woodcroft jogging/walking trails are close by. I do not understand the previous negative ratings.
Management is inflexible, however WE is owned by a capitalistic corporation...
