My perspective comes from that of an individual in the market for a new place to live. My experience wasn't very pleasant. ---------------------------------, was very short with me and had an over all unpleasant attitude.
I arrived after work and wanted to view a one bed room. She suggested I come back tomorrow because it was close to 5:30, yet their business hours are from 10:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
She then proceed to show me a run down one bed room...it wasn't even the model apartment. The "sun-room" was just slapped together and badly painted.
When I asked if maintenance would be about to put extra shelving in the laundry room she snapped at me saying "I don't know!"
I have never met this woman prior to visiting that day and was very polite. I was highly quantified with the way she treated a potential renter. Needless to say I have taken my business else where.
I hope other decide to do the same until they hire Mangers with better people skills.

I would like to say i am very sorry for your experience. I have also visited this property before and dealt with ----------. She was very polite and very helpful. Another i notices you wrote was that she did not want to show at 5:30 but there was a sign in that office that indicated that that stop showing and half an hour before closing during the week and at closing on the weekend. Sorry about your experience but i loved the place and decided to lease. Sorry Bout Ya Luck!!

As a resident of Woods Edge who has been here about three years and might be moving due to a great special elsewhere, the descriptions here of the personnel are offensive and incorrect.

I twice visited the leasing office and spoke with two different women, both very polite, friendly, and willing to answer any and all questions I had. I agree, there is a sign clearly posted in the office that states apt. tours end 1/2 hour prior to close of business.

Some people have no class. As a leasing consultant, I take offense to people that feel they can drop in a minute before closing and just expect us to give up our evenings to show you an apartment. Those without consideration make the worst residents. You have some chip on your shoulder that everyone should just drop everything to make you happy. You have all day to look at an apartment, you can't take a half hour off from work to see your new home? I am sure that she was downright giddy that you went somewhere else.
