I could not have asked for more in this apartment complex. I moved down here for graduate school from Michigan and could not have been more pleased with my choice. Woodstone is tucked away inside a subdivision with a quaint little barn which the owners have left in the middle. They still have 4 Angus cows there who are adorable (the place is very clean and you never smell anything wafting from their barn). The other review hit most of the highlights of the community. The office staff is very friendly and willing to help you will everything, even those things not directly related to living in the complex. Maintainence comes within 24 hours and is friendly. I feel very safe in this community. The grounds are gorgeous. I highly suggest living on the 3rd floor, there is no noise and you do not hear anything but the occasional door closing. The whole complex is quiet and peaceful. There is a wide age range of neighbors but all are friendly and there is a strict 21 years or older policy upon move in. Woodstone inside is like new and has an extremely spacious kitchen and comes with washer/dryer. Trash and water are included in rent which is fabulous as well. I know some people are worried about bugs and though there are some harmless ones on the grounds they don't enter the apartments and it is free to ask to have a sprayer man come and spray the apartment (I have actually had it done twice. . once before I moved in and another time when I saw a spider start to make a web near my door-just in case). I have lived here for almost 2 years and am sad to have to move out. I know I am already comparing all the other apartments I am looking at to this wonderful place.
