Not recommended Management was awful and treated us really bad from the very beginning. The apartment wasn't in good shape when moving in and they refused to fix anything. The grounds was not well maintained with cats living in the basements. The swimminpool was closed by "misstake"

Life is good at Southpoint I lived here for ten years and loved it.
Beautifull grounds, solid structured apartments and the staff is wonderfull, very accomodating and helpfull.
Great location to grocery stores and retail stores.
