A little inside info for the complainers - I am in the process of moving to the area. No, I'm not apart of the management here, because I know many of you who want to complain think that if its not negative then it must be an employess. Well it's not. I just laugh at your reviews. Have you never lived at an apartment community before this? You are renting, which if you want things your way... BUY! You people are not ...Full review of Southpoint Crossing

Welcome to Durham - Most people don't take the time to write good reviews. I've written good and bad reviews on here. My stay at Beech Lake has been pleasant so far. Things do break, but they are fixed. Management is professional and prompt. I hate to break it to people, but you do live in Durham when you live at Beech Lake. It's not just Beech Lake that has high crime rate, it's Durham. ...Full review of Beech Lake

Nice place - a tad pricy - I have had no problems at Pinnacle Ridge - it's a fabulous location, and they keep the grounds and buildings in great order. They have replaced roofing, added microwaves and washer/dryer since I've been a tenant. The maintenance staff is very responsive and courteous, and the office staff is good. My only complaint is that it's a little pricy, especially since the ...Full review of Pinnacle Ridge Apartments

You Pay For What You Get - Woods Edge is a decent place to live. I have certainly heard about worse places! The office staff are friendly, even if they don't always return your calls. The corporate office of Babcock & Brown Residential is equally bad about returning calls, which is kind of annoying. When we first decided to move in, we chose a 1-bedroom, 1-bath on the second floor for around $700. ...Full review of Woods Edge Apartments
