I moved in here in October 2006. The manager at the time was absolutely wonderful!! It was a neat, well kept quiet place. Maintenance has always been wonderful for me. I have had to call a couple of time, and he has always been right over to fix anything. However, We have had several manager changes and things are now horrible!! The grass is never mowed. There is always trash sitting in the breezeways. Quiet time is suppose to be from 11pm till 6am, but the pool is open until midnight, and there are always people in it until around 1am, making lots of noise and screaming and yelling and playing. It might not sound bad to you, except I have to get up at 5am to go to work, and it drives me nuts!! Neighbors here have no respect for each other. They let their kids stay out till 11 or 12 running and screaming. They slam their doors at all hours of the night. Car alarms go off almost every night. People are outside yelling back and forth across the parking lot from balcony to balcony at each other, and they don't care if its midnight or not. From the people I see moving in,the type of tenant has gone from young professionals to whoever brings in a buck!! Sometimes I wonder if the rent has been lowered for new people moving in. I was told that old cars would not be allowed on the property. That you have to keep your car up and running. We have several cars in the parking lot and by looking at them, I wonder how they still crank!! Unfortunately when I moved in, I was talked in to signing a two year lease, I will never make that mistake again!!!!!!

I have found that the people in this complex are over all very friendly and helpful. The only problem I have had is that the office managers we have had do not want to do their jobs. I am hopeful that the next one will be different. Overall, the property is kept clean. The maintenance man is dependable and friendly. He seems to be dedicated to the people here. I would recommend these apartments to future residents. Living in an apartment community is hard sometimes because we can't choose who our neighbors will be... but I feel safe here and I know that I can count on the people here to help me if I need it.
