I too have my concerns about the grass not being mowed. I took the time to ask about this before pointing fingers at the maintenance man. There is no one working the office at this time, and there has been a recent change of ownership of the property. Being that this is all happening at the same time, there is expected problems to occur. If given some time to resolve these issues, I'm sure that the new owners will find a dependable manager to run the office and get the lawn care problem taken care of. The lawn service is taken care of through outside lawncare contractors. It is not the responsibility of the maintenance man do to the yard care.
It has also been my experience that if people wouldn't litter, then there wouldn't be a problem with trash on the ground. There is only one maintenance man here and no one in the office.. so one person has the responsibility of it all for the time being. So I would think that the priorities would betaking care of the people first, then worrying about trash. And by the way, there is only one trash compactor on this property for the amount of people who live here.
