Maintenance is TERRIBLE!!!!
Landscaping is awful!!!!
Noise is AWFUL!!!
I cannot wait till my lease is up and can get the ---- out of here!!!
Management when it is here is terrible!!!!
Laundry room is nasty!!!!
Workout room is terrible!!!!
Trash is always in the hallways by peoples door, including the maintenance man who lives here!!
Trash is always piled up at the dumpster, maintenance should take care of this at the end of the day everyday. Who wants to go to the stinking heap and put their trash, bugs swarming and crawling, it is awful!!!! He has a key and lives on property...no reason this should be a problem!!!!

This is an updated addition to my review... to all who don't believe these facts please go to property and see for yourself.....in the past 3 days i have seen LITERALLY 3 different apts being vacated just in my in and out observation.

Couldn't agree with you more! This place has gone down hill ever sence ---- and ----- Left. They should have got rid of the so called maintenance man instead of running ---- and ----- off! I ran into ----- the other day she told me how dirty the maintenance man did her and ---- and that she quit cause they were moving her to a diffrent location but she didn't want to work for a company that employeed idiot's! But back to the real reason I come on here the manager is never here of course the maintenance man dose nothing all day long but sit in his truck and smoke. And the noise is so unbearable if I could just get out of my lease without paying major $ I would. But I am going to stay here till the end of the lease. GOOD LORD thank you it won't be to long! The pool has little wild teenagers do not respect anyone and there parents don't as well. the grounds look awful! they should call the end of the parking lot Rockingham County Landfield they don't care who moves in here just as long as it's a warm body in a room. there are roaches still in my building! I could keep going and going!

The way people cry and complain just amazes me. But what I really cant believe is the comments that people put on here it is so easy to talk trash about someone when you arent brave enough to put your name to it right. First of all the complaint about ----- not doing his job and having the lawn kept up, well anyone who will take the time to talk to the management would honestly see that it is not -----'s responsibility to have the lawn kept up that is up to the manager to sign a contract with a lawn care service. Another thing that really bothers me is that who ever is posting these comments has very high praise of ---- and ----- two managers who did nothing right in office or property why would you put someone who did drugs in the office and slept around with residents in the office and on property on such a high pedistal. That makes me wonder what is wrong with you or what reason you would have to praise them so much. And as for ----- and his famaliy Why would you want to talk trash about them? Why would you want to slander them when they do nothing but go out of their way to help everyone they can? They do anything and everything they can to help people.. I have personally seen them go above and beyond what they have to do to help many people on the property numerouse times. So before you get on here and feel the need to talk trash about them you need to stop and take a look at your self and what you are doing wrong and then if you still want to talk then at least be big enough and brave enough to put your name to your comments.. And as far as management Goes I think we have finally found a good one she is always in the office when she is supposed to be and she stays on top of her duties and is very nice as long as you are nice to her. I think things will finally get better around here.. But somele people aren't happy unless they can talk trash about someone GO FIGURE...

I agree with the person that first wrote this complaint. I have took a look at the other posts that have come so quickly on here after this one and it sure does look strange on how this person rates the maint. man. it looks like this person has posted just about everything in here until you and I come on, they must have been fighting with there selves!! LOL!! so we just give them a little fuel to go on. just tell me who is talking trash when what we have said is the truth. oh, sorry you thought your "THE FACTS" review would scare us or make us feel bad or change our minds. In fact what is has done is make you look even more of a friend to him and make you look like an evil person. You know I was told that the only reason a person points a finger is because they want to keep an eye off of them.This person sounds like there tring to help the main. man and themselves. I didn't put my name up here because of the repercussions it would bring. I am so close to leaving all this drama I can' t wait! But If you want to take care of the problem you can always call the main headqtrs. to complain. I went to www.westdale.com that is who owns this place now and it has all kinds of good numbers to have. In close what I would like to say is this website is for comments for the residents and past residents not for the main. man and his family and friends to come on here and try to start something over just plan childlish reason. Grow up! Get Over what ever pissed you off and live your life. Life is to short for you to go through it and make people unhappy just to make yourself look better. Now just where do you think that is going to get you?

It is obvious to me that this review comes from the maintenance and his family and for the record I said NOTHING about ----- family just his job performance. I am not the only person that feels the way I do and my feelings are very valid. I think he is the reason that the previous mgmnt has been done wrong and in reading all reviews I see that I am not the only one living here that feels that way. You must be sleeping with the maint man ----- that is the only way I can see you wanting to validate his performance, and actions.I renewed my lease before the 1st manager left and it will be up soon though I will not say when for you to figure out who I am and make things worse than they already are here now, which is why I didn't give me name, it has nothing to do with being "scared" to say who I am. I also never said that it was -----'s job to do the lawn I simply said it is something that is poorly taken care of.

To the poster above, the original poster wasn't bashing anyone. He/she was simply stating the facts. If I were you, I wouldn't be so proud to live here. Yes, the rent is high and we were all fooled into paying it. That doesn't give you the right to bash people who may be on welfare or unable to afford this place or other "luxury" (what a joke) apartments. And before you say it, no I'm not on welfare.

Okay, I'm sorry. Boy you put me in my place. You should be running this place. But the funny thing is I am moving too, I think this place is going down hill too, and there is nothing you, me or the top poster can do to change it. But just move on. I'm sure you are a nice person along with everybody else is on these post are, Heck we have probably waved and smiled at each other at the mailbox. We become "warriors" behind the computer screen. But we are really just mice.
