If you people really want to know what is happening on this property, you must first open your eyes.
People are so quick to post slanderous things about others without knowing the facts, or having any regard for the truth of the matter.
I have nothing bad to say about ----. Pretty good manager. Done over and framed by ----- just to get her position.
----- is making some of these posts on this site. I knew her well enough to see the mistakes in her spelling and the way she words things. She left her against her will because she was caught doing things that are against ALL the rules. She lied to everyone, broke Fair Housing Laws, brought men into the office for reasons other than business, and spent her fair share of time in their apartments as well. It all caught up with her.
You people reading this can take this for what it is worth. But under new management and with the support of a caring and hard working maintenance man, this place is better than what it ever "seemed" to be. If a new resident will be careful about who they believe, they can live very happily here. Trust in the management to take care of your issues, and it will be done. No lies anymore, no unfair treatment or favors as in the past.
If people would just live by the rule of do unto others as you would have them do unto you, this property and this world would be a much better place to live.
And before you judge someone else, especially the manager and the maintenance man, try doing their jobs for a day. Dealing with people like the ones who post these ridiculous and slanderous statements would be a HUGE job in itself! People can be such hypocrites!! Find a different way of trying to settle your personal issues and scores with people you are mad at people. Instead of making yourselves look totally foolish on here. This site is for people with a real interest and not a soap opera that some have tried to turn it into.
I would like to thank those of who can read this stuff and make a sensible determination for yourselves about this property. Judge for yourself instead of listening to weak people who have felt they've been scorned somehow.
I would also like to thank the management, including maintenance, for being respectful and helpful to the residents. You won't find a better team in this city. I challenge you to do so.

PS since you probably have no idea how to check your undeserved response under " I hate this community" you will see a place that says 5 responses though # may be different and read ...it is fairly easy you just click it

See thats where you're wrong, I do change light bulbs and I do change filters, I pick up trash in the breezway when I see it. No I am not Maintinance but I am human with a heart. There is an old man who lives here and I help him when I can. When I see older people carying their trash out I take it for them even if I am not really going to the trash dump. You dont know me so dont act like you do. If you think you pay sooo much money to live here that you dont have to change a light bulb well guess what? You're the idiot whos going to be sitting in the dark. So when you tell me to get out of my chair and help, how about getting out of your's and help me.

To the post above, since you "see" what goes on and you observe - why don't you get off your chair and pick up the garbage and do the maintenance for the elderly or those physically incapable of changing a light bulb or furnace filter. Many people choose to live in apartments so they don't have to deal with maintenance. You pay a higher price to live here so you shouldn't have to worry about this stuff and your rent goes to pay the salary of the maintenance guy and the rarely seen office staff. Let's think about it, if these are hollow complaints - why do so many people have them?

The same person is posting the negative comments on this site. She is a disgruntled previous employee that worked here up until January of 07. She has nothing better to do than create this kind of mess, therefore thinking she is accomplishing something by acting like a baby. By the way... how's it going?? How's the two little brats?? What about mommy?? Did she ever find a new job?

I completely agree with the last comment. Why should we do the job of maintenance when he gets paid to take care of these things??? It must be nice getting a paycheck and not having to earn it. If we are going to have to do these things ourselves then that should mean drastically lower rent...right????
