You should really reconsider living here if it not too late!!!!!!All bad reviews on here are on the money and I couldn't have said things better myself so I will let those reviews speak for themselves!!! Please read them and know that they are 100% fact if you don't believe go to property and see for yourselves!!!I was very thourough in finding out for myself about this property. I went and saw an apartment, while I was there I spotted 3 cockroaches, the trash was described to perfection, I returned later as not to let the employees know I was researching as I was and spoke with 3 very unhappy residents who like most that I have seen in the reviews can't wait to move. These were not happy tenants.In reading "the facts" review it seems that they should practice what they preach as it seems they were doing a bit of "trash talk" themselves. My best advice.... go to the property and see for yourself and form your own opinion as I did. The manager was without personality, maintenance was as stated sitting in his truck as this employee was pointed out to me by those I spoke with smoking a cigarette. So go to property and if you are pleased with what you find then by all means make it your home. This however was not a place for me to call home personally. It is a property with great potential, it is just without proper operation. It has an atrocious building beside it and from what the tenants tell me there is though hard to believe a set of apartments in said building and the people who live there are always coming to Arborglen and it is almost as they are surveying what looks profitable to thieve. There are things that have gone missing, according to those I spoke to. I am glad I went to see for myself is all I can say to all of you.
