This place is terrible. I lived here in 2005 and moved out of state so had to break my lease. I gave my last date of vacancy and moved most of my things out of the apartment before the vacancy date. I had a friend scheduled to pick things up a few days later. The office staff went into my apartment and took the remainder of my items. They told me I had 90 days from the date of my vacancy notice to pay the penalty fees for breaking the lease. However, they sent my name to collections before the vacancy date was even up. They then sent me a bill for 3 times what the penalty fees were. I had to pay this to get the collections people to stop harassing me. I finally did get a refund from the apartment but the collections went on my credit report and it took over a year to get that off. Don't rent from this place! Also, the washers and dryers were always broken, office staff was never there, and the property upkeep wasn't the greatest. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
