Hate it here! It sucks pretty bad. The place itself is nice, but the rent is outrageous for what you get. Whenever you have an issue with something needing to be fixed, it takes forever to get it done. They switch Manager/Landlords like every couple of months. Can't keep a steady person

spoiled I've lived here 2 1/2 yrs. I've never had problems with maintenance fixing anything. As far as the compactor, what I see is people who don't know how to tie their trash bags and flings it all over, and refuses to break their boxes down even when there is a big sign

I HATE THIS PLACE TOO! The Peron below couldn't have said it any better. The maintenance man needs to go! He never does the trash the smell down there is horrable!! and the trash left beside the doors and his as well. and it looks like a trailor park with people putting lawn chairs and tables
