Weird layout, no pets allowed

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
I lived here for 2 years while my husband was stationed in Elizabeth City. The mauve carpet was hideous. The patio is in a weird place - off the bedroom instead of the living room, which makes it awkward when you have guests over and they want to step outside. They don't allow pets of any kind. They don't offer pest control and we had bugs. Too bad there aren't any other decent choices in the area!
