Riverwind Apartments is absolutely awesome. The price is reasonable and includes all utilities. The manager and maintenance tech are both very professional and friendly, and all resident issues are handled promptly and effectively. Residents are all very friendly and treat each other like family. The location is fabulous - right on the banks of the Pasquotank River, and the apartments are very private and quiet. Special amenities include an elevator and a no-cost washer and dryer on each floor. Parking is abundant.

As a U.S. Navy retiree who has lived in many apartments throughout a 20 year career, I can honestly say that Riverwind is, by far, the best.
