Weird layout, no pets allowed I lived here for 2 years while my husband was stationed in Elizabeth City. The mauve carpet was hideous. The patio is in a weird place - off the bedroom instead of the living room, which makes it awkward when you have guests over and they want to step

I would not recomend Riverwind to anyone. The apartments are small. We've had heat problems, washer and dryer problems, and water leakage problems. These issues were not quickly addressed by the manigment (who by the way is very hard to reach even if you're trying to pay rent).
