I moved to this community almost a year ago when the office staff was great. Now that they have a new leasing agent, everything has gone down hill. The new agent is rude, hateful, and she makes my stay here at Abbott's Park a stressful experience. Not only that, I had a visitor and his motorcycle was stolen. It's a dangerous place to live and the staff as well as the other residents treat you like you are beneath them. It is not a welcoming community. As much money as this apartment cost a month, it is difficult to find parking. You have to park a mile down the street and walk at night to get to your apartment, NOT SAFE. The neighbors play their music too high and when you call to complain, the "office staff" doesn't say anything to them. The maintenance is a complete disappointment, they only have one and he has to be 95 years old so don't expect your things to get fixed anytime while you're living here.

I don't know what this person is talking about but they are wrong. The girls in the office are awesome!! They are the sweetest girls!! They have taken care of every issue that I have brought to their attention. Parking is a pain sometimes but that's because people don't know how to park but you definetly don't have to walk a mile. I feel very safe in this community. Motorcycles get stolen everywhere in Fayetteville! This place is far from being the ghetto! Come on, this is Fayetteville, random stuff happens everywhere....even in the million dollar neighborhood that is located right up the road. It is a very nice apartment complex with a great staff who makes me feel very welcome.

This person doesn't know what they're talking about. I know the maintenance man they are talking about, and while he may be old, he is quite nice and helpful. Maintenance has always come to my apartment within a reasonable time when I've needed them. As for the office staff, they are wonderful and helpful. Parking can be a pain sometimes only because a few people don't follow the guidelines for parking here. Fayetteville isn't exactly a safe place to begin with, so of course things can get stolen.

This person is completely correct! I moved out of Abbott's Park because the apartment complex is not safe at all. There have been numerous apartment break-ins, car break-ins, car/motorcycle thefts, and a rape. I had to call the police twice to report loud neighbors. In addition, the maintenance man is in his 70s-80s, incompetent to deal with major problems, and made the 2 problems I called him for much worse. The girls in the office are rude and blow you off, the exercise equipment is always broken... oh, and there's dog crap everywhere. They raise rent every 6 months, and the buildings, while they look nice, are VERY poorly constructed. Rent (right now) is over $700. For a place like this, it isn't worth it.
