When I first got here the place was great then a few bad apples began to grow on the tree. The staff is great, more than 5 stars its the neighbors who can't seem to get things straight. Parking does suck especially when a neighbor with three cars decides to not follow the lease agreement of one car and parks all three cars up front so you have to walk a mile in your apartment. Some people think that they are way way above the rules. Make sure not to live on the bottom or you will here your neighbor take a dump at midnight. Dont step in the dog dump either, thats in the lease as well and it seems to fly past people. I will say again the people and the staff are great, better than I have ever met. But if you want quality neighbors with some common sense you would probably find more in a trailer park. Driving a nice car does not mean you have common sense, the neighbors seem to lack it here. I guess rules do not apply.
