I have lived in these apartments for almost a year now. I was one of the first people to move into my building. They are brand new and overpriced. The only good thing about living at Adam's Lake is the fact that the property is located in desirable Jack Britt School District and are THE ONLY apartment community there. The apartment itself is okay, but very cheaply built: I can hear EVERYTHING going on in the unit above me including toilet flushing and walking. Windows leak and walkways flood when it rains. Ants are everywhere in the summer! Management is okay even though some of them are forgetful and rude. Parking lots are hell- not enough room to back out in one try. Bottom line- I will not be renewing my lease here and will be moving somewhere else with cheaper rent. They are simply not worth it for the money..

I agree that these apartments are cheaply built if you hit the walls just a little bit they will dent. The swimming pools are always crowded with kids playing ball. They have no respect. And the front office does nothing about it. It is not worth it for the money.
