Honestly the best thing about these apartments are that they are in the best school district in Fayetteville. (Jack Britt) I agree with the review about the teenagers. They are all over the streets all nite. I left a plastic seat floor cover on my front porch for a couple of hours and it was stolen when I came back. My daughter and her friends have almost gotten jumped by little boys that act like thugs. When they saw us they ran away. The pool is always crowded with teenagers that take over the pool. Once I was out there and the apartment manager and the apartment maintenance guy came out yelling at the teenagers to stop jumping and cussing in the water, or they were going to close the pool for the whole day. Well they just needed to tell their parents and ban them from coming not close it for the whole neighborhood. There has been break ins in empty apartments. I went to do my morning work out and the door was locked and the television blasting because kids had been playing in it. The exercise room even had a USED condom in it!!!!! A hole had been knocked into the wall of the exercise room by those kids that are allowed to go in it. I wonder where their parents are all the time.'''' The coke machine, office and pool has been vandalized many times more than I can think of. People that don't stay here are always at the pool. They say you need to be sixteen with a parent at the pool or you are banned. Well there are many many kids that are at the pool that are definitely under sixteen and don't get removed. Some look older and aren't and don't get removed. I saw a kid out there that was clearly underage and the office worker just asked him where his mom was, she did not make him leave at all.(at least while i was there for 2 hours.) There is going to be some pool monitor'''' That I suppose is going to fix that. They are starting pool passes. We will see about that also. There is a problem with ants, we haven't got exterminated in forever. They are supposedly getting done in a couple of weeks. We will see about that also. I saw the older man that does maintenance get very rude and unprofessional with a resident that wanted to leave the lights off in the exercise room. What he said to her I will just say I would have been very offended. They say pick your dog poop up but the poop is everywhere. There is one apartment that has the poop all behind there door and along a walkway in the back. It stinks bad and I have not seen anyone do anything about it. Another thing is if you are getting the 3 bedroom beware. There are some that are inside that do not have a living room and kitchen window. The living rooms look very dark if you don't have any windows in the living room. If you like the dark then it may work for you. With all these break ins at the office you would figure that there would be cameras at the office. You cant run a nice apartment establishment without cameras. There aren't any or they would know who is doing all this vandalism at the pool and office. Management only closes down the pool for everyone instead of figuring out who the culprit is.(as if it isn't obvious who some are.) The floors and walls are thin so you can here everything in the other apartments. Overall I wouldn't come here, the pool is small for the amount of people that stay here,there the exercise room is far from nice and the management needs to fix many things including that rude older maintenance worker!!They seriously need gates and a security officer. When you pay money for rent you expect what is offered,they are clearly not delivering.

I agree with you, I wanted to let you know that the new pool monitor told a kid not to dive in the water, then she (pool monitor) turned around and dived in the water herself. The pool monitor should set the example. She also plays favortism for people that she (pool monitor) knows. She is also very rude They need to find another pool monitor, this one is very unprofessional. I can't believe there was a used condom in the gym they clearly need cameras on the premises. Good school district with a not so good apartment complex. Also ypu could tell Katie at the front desk about problems and she acts like she doesn't care.

I am a resident here as well and agree with everything said so far. What about how the dumpster gets full and people just leave their crap outside it? My husband has cleaned that up before; it's a simple matter of pushing the green button to compact it. What about having only one dumpster for the whole complex? The dog poop is out of control. The parking sucks. Our car has gotten egged; the office said yeah, it was the teenagers. The ants are ridiculous. The apartments were built in a hurry; you can see evidence of it all over. The pool is always crowded with the same people. A walking trail has been advertised since I moved in and that's a complete lie. What 20 acre lake?? That's all I have for now, although I'm sure there is more.

Do you know this is Fayetteville people it is hard to find any place in this horrable town that doesn't have teenager's running around destroying things. I agree that the dumpster is and poop is a problem, but part of the problem is that the people who live here are lazy and slobs. Really we live in appartments people if you want a nice place and worry free rent a house in a neighborhood. Katie is nice, the maintance man is alittle angry but how would you feel about cleaning up after a bunch of adluts that act like children who are spoiled and expect everyone do do eveything for them. Over all the appartments are ok and not any better then most places here in Fayetteville the staff seems to need some more people working there though.

I swear I do NOT know where to begin.......Pest is a BIG problem @ Adams Lake.....I have lived there for a year and moved immediately, you only dont have an ant problem but spiders( i was bitten numerous of times), was told something was gonna be done.....NOTHING was! My neighbor had a mice under her sink (very clean apt)! Upstairs neighbor smoked cigs and throw them off balcony and I was told I had to clean them up b/c they were close to my door! ( i dont smoke)! Parking is the worst ever! You are told you will have a 24 hr notice before entering your apt......OK sometimes a notice but they dont give u a chance to answer the door! I told the guy to hold on and he barged in and I was in my bath towel! No respect in office....girl has her friends @ her work laughing and kidding around! Apt is way to small, no in home storage and a waiting list for storage rooms....Ive been on the waiting list since i moved in! Breeze ways were always filthy and I have found that you will find a place in Fayetteville that is worth your money and respect! DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOURE IN DESPERATE NEED!

I know the place is horrible and yes it is hard to find a place without noisy teenagers running around but the rude staff can be nicer and people should know what they are getting into before they rent these. I don't recommend that you do...Don't be fooled by them being nice at first. It will quickly change. They are all FAKE! Also someone put about Norma...well I guess she was here to help after Tracy left...she was very unfriendly and has NEVER spoke..corporate should know that. If you are going to run a business you need good customer service. They say they are committed to excellence but they can't even give decent customer service.
