I was one of the first people to move into these apartments when they opened. It started out decent and so I renewed my lease the following year. I deployed and came back home 4 months later on a Saturday only to find out the office was closed. The office was holding my key. However, they never mentioned that they were closed on Saturdays. I called the after hours maintenance guy who barely spoke english and he refused to get my key or even give me a number to Tracy or Katy or anyone who worked in the office so that I could talk to them and let them know that I had just came back from Iraq and needed to get into my apartment, he just told me that I needed to call a blacksmith. I have moved out in October and am still waiting on my deposit check. All in all I don't blame the people in the front office but the property management company because the company that owned Adams Lake when it opened was way better and more customer friendly than who ever the new management is.
