I moved into these apartments a few months ago. Things were great at first and the staff remains very friendly. I asked for my apartment to be spray for roaches aprox a month ago and followed with them and was told it would be sprayed when it was my buildings time to be sprayed. I have a small child and kill a roach everyday in my apartment. I think this is horrible service... I am sure I have a whole troop of roaches since they are taking so long to spray for them. I also called and left a message over the weekend that my child had locked the bedroom door and asked if it could be opened. I worked on monday of course so I crazily thought the door would be open when we returned home that evening... no such luck. I called again the next day and the man that answered the phone said.. "there is a key above one of your doors, use that to open it"... hmmm dont you think I tried that''''' Of course there was no key and hours later they brought one over. I also complained the the upstairs neighbors are very loud.... sounds like herding cattle when their children are running through the apartment at all hours of the day and night. I wouldnt recommend this complex to anyone. I moved here for the school system as my child is starting school soon. I think I might reconsider after these few months here in this apartment complex!!!!
