Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
I have Lived in Briarwood for 4 Yrs now.. The only reason I am still here is I can afford to move. I have yet to have an A.C that would work in the summer and they don't care. My Electric bill jumps from 70 dollors to 300.00 in the summer with 4 fans on and the house is still 80 degrees. When I tell them this they tell me that I am not suppost to cook or dry clothes during the day. What is that all about.. I have had enough and I am finially going to take care of this for me... PLEASE PLEASE look around before you move here.. There has to be a better place then this.
P.S. The girl that talked about the people up stairs.. OH MY GOD is SHE RIGHT ON!!!!
