NEEDS WORK/BAD MAINTENANCE

I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE. MY BOYFRIEND LIVED THERE FOR ABOUT 1 YEAR. I BELIEVE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS ONE OF THE OLD ONES AND IT SHOWS. THE UNIT WE STAYED IN HAD REALLY WEAK FLOORS AND YOU COULD HEAR EVERY SINGLE STEP, STOMP OR EVEN VACUUMING FROM THE NEIGHBORS ABOVE US. IT WAS BAD ENOUGH TO KEEP US UP AT NIGHT AND WAKE US AT 5:00 AM! WE ALSO HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH WATER LEAKAGE. THE SINK WAS FIXED RIGHT AWAY BUT THE BATHROOM CEILING LEAKED ON TOP OF THE TOILET FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS WITHOUT BEING FIXED!! I BELIEVE THE APARTMENTS THEMSELVES NEED ALOT OF WORK BUT IT WAS A GREAT AREA/COMMUNITY FOR CHILDREN!
