My husband and I lived there for a year. During that year, my husband was deployed. I went to the office to see if I could break my lease. they would not let me do that. So when I went out and got a dog, they told me that I could not have that breed. it is a boxer. boxers are not on the list of animals. I now work in wilmington as a leasing asistant, and know how screwed over I was getting in briarwood apartments. the reason I know this is because all apartments com have to comply with N.C laws.
