I am soooo glad that you are one of the lucky ones, but luck runs out. You might want to thank GOD that no one has broken into your apartment. Three masked gunmen on a robbing spree tried to break into a military family home not apartment about two nights later I guess they are kingpins too. They succeed in breaking into an apartment occupied by other young ladies, I guess they are kingpins too. The military tenant that lives in Briarwood were also robbed at gunpoint, I guess he too is a kingpin. I talked to the office staff that you have so much trust in, told me that another tenant door was knocked in with a shootgun.Another tenant apartment was broken into twice I guess she got fed up and moved. Unhappy25 wasn't doing this to get sympathy she is simply trying to warn other young ladies. If your mother is living how do you think she would feel if it were you' I know how I would not wish that feeling on anybody. NOW,since you are so concerned about who lives in OUR COMMUNITY maybe you should get a golf cart and patrol OUR COMMUNITY yourself. And futhermore if YOU suspect suspicious activity why not call the police instead of calling on the residents/tenants.

The manager Nelly Morales was put in Jail for 3 days for domestic violence. She was in jail from 5 July- 7 July. She has consistently abused her position as the manager of Briarwood. She additionally has used this site to create fake reviews to improve the image of Briarwood on ApartmentRatings.com. She had a pool party on the property for her child's birthday party, where she was completely intoxicated and had many adults at the party and residents that were also intoxicated at a her Childs birthday party. This is totally unprofessional for a manager to represent the property in public. She drove from the property with her kids intoxicated. She is unprofessional, pending criminal charges, and does many things unethical as the Manager for Briarwood apartments. Is this someone you want working for you as a resident? I am sure there are many more stories the residents have, please share them here for others to read.

Please concidering going to the Better Business Bureau website and asking them to open a file on this apartment complex.
