The manager-------------- was put in Jail for 3 days for domestic violence. She was in jail from 5 July- 7 July. She has consistently abused her position as the manager of Briarwood. She additionally has used this site to create fake reviews to improve the image of Briarwood on ApartmentRatings.com.

She had a pool party on the property for her child's birthday party, where she was completely intoxicated and had many adults at the party and residents that were also intoxicated at a her Childs birthday party.

This is totally unprofessional for a manager to represent the property in public. She drove from the property with her kids intoxicated.

She is unprofessional, disrespectful to residents and employees and does many things unethical as the Manager for Briarwood apartments. She also does not abide by the property rules that all residents have to abide to since moving in. There are no pets allowed over 35lbs, but she has a dog over 70lbs in her apartment.

Guess the rules do not pertain to the property manager, just the residents.

First of all let me ask, when did the Manager have a pool party for her child? It sure was not on the week-end of July 4th because I was at the pool with my husband and some friends and we would have known about it. As for the Manager being unprofessional I have never had a problem with the Manager or anyone else for that matter. The Manager is not nor has never been disrespectful towards me or my husband. She has always gone out of her way to make our stay here as comfortable as she can. Maintenance is always there to fix something when I need it. Or I should say one particular Maintenance man is always there to fix things when I needed it. The only bad thing I can say about Briarwood is that it has become very unsafe. We have had several break-ins in the past two months where the crimes were so severe that they could not be published. I found out about them from other residents. Things have calmed down a bit since we have officers that patrol the area and we have Security on the premises at night although I don't see how having Security helps because they can't do anything if anything happens. What we need is to either have police living on the premises or having them patrol 24/7. Another suggestion is to make this a gated community. That is the only way you are going to keep people that do not live here out.
