I',m in the military and I'm very young, so I really didn't do my research on these apartments. I've been there for about 4 months now and I hate it. When my husband and I got done signing our lease the manager told us about the small pest problem and if I wanted she could seen pest controll out. We moved in and I expected to see a couple of spiders or friut flies. We have roaches! They are hiding in the walls. I dont leave any food out or dirty dishes. I notified the office and they sent pest controll and the roaches got worse. I let the staff know what was going on and she told me that I need to go but roach bait. I'm also pregnant and I really don't want to be staying there with and infant. I remember that incident when the a/c went out and I called the office and they said they couldn't come out b/c it wasn't over 85 degrees outside but don't you think it's going to be hotter inside the stuffy apartment than it is outside. Another thing is they don't tell us when we have packages. Ms. Nelly told me that it's up to UPS or FEDex to put something on the door thats fine but the package was form my mohter. My neighboor complained that the water from our home was leaking into theirs. Man it took them about a month to finally come and fix our sink so my neighboor could be happy. We have been asking abut a second mailbox key snice I've satyed here and they say "Oh we haven't made a copy yet". To the residents can you nasty people clean up be hide yourself in the laundry room. The only thing that I can say I like about Brairwood is I haven't had any problems with crime, but I'm scared about all the stuff i've been hearing why wasn't it on the news.

If your in the military and your not satisfied with your living conditions, then talk to Jag. They can help you break your lease. Make sure you document every time you complain about something and nothing is done about it. As for the crimes, they were never on the news because the were very severe.

Please concidering going to the Better Business Bureau website and asking them to open a file on this apartment complex.
