Statements about property management are right. She's rude to begin with, unfriendly. I've received a notice on three seperate occassions saying we owed money for this and that, literally two days before there was a late fee. In none of the three cases did we infact owe any money. One was because my husband left a trash bag outside our door for 15 minutes. Meanwhile the people above us leave their trash out for days. They tried charging us late fees because the employee that filled out our lease didn't charge us the right amount. They're always trying to find a way to weasel money out of you. And make sure you have minimal time to come up with the cash so you can be sure to pay latefees. Crime was at one point really bad. Seeing cops every couple days (about 6 months ago). We've had our car broken into. Check the Fayetteville Police Reports before moving in. Currently I'm trying to break the lease with my husbands orders. I verified with an office employee that I could still break the lease with his orders despite the fact that he left three months earlier before I resigned the lease. I was told yes. 2 months later, I'm trying to break the lease and am told they're no good because I had them prior to signing the lease. The property manager was made aware of the conversation I had with said employee and said she would ask her about it and call me back. Never did. I had to call. The employee was never asked about the conversation. The employee I originally talked to about breaking the lease then said she would look at the orders and call me back. The next day I called again because no one had called me back. Then was told that the orders were missing. The orders were resent to them, and you guessed it, I had to call them again. Only to be told she wasn't sure the orders would be honored despite telling me 2 months before they would be, and a regional needed to be talked to. So if the regional doesn't agree to let me out of the lease like I was told I could, my only other choice is to pay 1200 for their mistake. This will make the fourth time they've attempted to charge me fee's for their mistake.
Anyone can feel free to trash my review if you wish, but think about it. There can't be that many people complaining about the service without it being true. Don't waste your time at these apartments. It'll cost you more money, time and aggrevation than it's worth. I would NEVER live here again and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

so true, the office people don't ever remember to call you back. i had carpet people come to install carpet after a water leak incident, the thing is no one told me they were coming that day to install the carpet and i had lots of big stuff in my living room, so it inconvenienced them and me when the office people could have simply notified me. i had to literally call around to carpet places in the area to find out who had this contract and ask them when they were coming back because the office people didn't tell me anything. ALSO TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BREAK THEIR LEASE: all you have to do is get 2 neighbors to complain to the office that you are being noisy they will give you notes on your door on the first occasion and then tell you if it happens again you are out. you could probably even call yourself from another # and just say you live in a nearby apt...use their apt. rules against them.

UPDATE: Once I contacted BBB they retracted the offer of allowing us out of our lease because of the employee. Since both the employee and manager have been fired. We still had to pay almost $1200 to move out of this dump. Ontop of that, I just recently got some mail with "Does not live her anymore." I intend to call and get some of my money back. It's illegal in NC to double charge rent. I'm owed atleast 2 weeks rent, though I doubt I'll ever see it. I would never recomend this place to anyone. They make mistakes and you're expected to payfor itand they don't even have the curtesy to be honest.
